One more thing that I purchased needed to stay behind because it did not fit in my suv so I will have to go pick it up soon...... What is it.... It's a real shabby, green, iron two setter chair for my patio..... I will post as soon as I get a picture hopefully this coming weekend..

Maeystown, IL continued

WOW!!!! That is all I had to say about the vendors and all their things for sale. If I was
rich I would have bought everything... There were around 40 vendors and they had tons of great stuff for your outdoor garden.....

Geeze Louise, my husband was making fun of me because he was watching me as I was
practically running from one vendor to the other... Sometimes getting there toooo late to
make a great purchase... Oh well. You win some you loose some right....

It was still an awesome day and next will be some of my purchases.....

Maeystown, IL....

Today's journey took me to Maeystown, IL. Yesterday, while visiting my favorite store in St. Charles named Bloom I found out there was going to be an outside fair in IL. So I speed home and told my hubby to please drive me to IL.... it's only an hour away and I thought it would be a fun ride to take the kids on. This is an old german town in the middle of Illinois farm land..... These were a few of the pics we took of the kids hanging out in a creek and just sitting and relaxing....

I'm loving this

Wanted to share with you some of my recent flea market finds. I love the flea market and always have since I was a young girl. My parents used to take us on Sundays. I remember my mome wheeling and dealing with some of the chinese vendors. Well, this past weekend did not disappoint. I found this vintage typewriter for only $10.00 buckaroos.
I jumped at it when I saw it and the price was right. Yes, it does not work, but I did not buy it to use it I bought it for it's beauty. Being a secretary for the last 15 years, I am addicted to typewriters......

These little flower fish were only $2.00 a piece. Which is a steal because I have seen them for over $10.00 at my local antique store.

I am digging the bling on these buttons. Don't know what I will use them for, but they are pretty....

I have more to share, but I will have to go take a few more pics!

Thank GOD it's the weekend... sometimes all
I day dream about is going to the flea market or
running away and just go antiquing.... Lucky the ones
that don't have to spend all their time at work....but then
a job does have it's perks right?
